Two products. One live map of yours.

Guide and Answer work from the same live map of your product. There’s nothing to build, and both keep up when you ship.

Guide

Walk users through it, step by step.

Product tours point at a button. DemoOwl Guide reads the question the user typed, lights up the field they need, and waits while they fill it in, then moves to the next one. When you ship a change that moves that field, Guide fixes its own steps. Your team doesn’t touch it.

  1. DemoOwl learns the workflow. It opens your product and works out how inviting a teammate goes, click by click, the way a new hire would.
  2. Guide shows the user each step. A tooltip on the exact field or button, in the live app, on their account. The user does it.
  3. When you ship, the changed step updates itself. You see which step changed, which release did it, and whether a person should take a look.

Answer

Resolve the ticket by doing the thing.

A help-center link hands the work back to the customer. DemoOwl Answer does it for them. It lives in whatever desk you already use, and when the fix is something it’s allowed to make, it makes it on the customer’s account and closes the ticket. When it isn’t, say a refund or a plan change, Answer hands the ticket to your team with everything it found, so a person can say yes in a minute instead of digging for twenty.

  1. A ticket comes in. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Slack, Teams, or DemoOwl’s own inbox. Exports, invites, settings, plan questions. The usual queue.
  2. Answer makes the fix. Through an MCP server, Answer makes the change on the customer’s account and checks that it worked.
  3. Answer closes the ticket, or hands it over. If it made the fix, it replies with what it did and closes the ticket. If the fix is behind a guardrail, it hands the ticket to your team with the details, so a person can approve it in minutes.

Four more run on the same map.

Same crawl, same map. Nothing has to be built twice.

Show

Demo the product you shipped, live.

Pick a customer segment. DemoOwl Show builds the demo for it: a dataset that looks like that kind of company, a walkthrough of what they’ll care about, on the current build. Send the link, or embed it on your site. If the prospect asks something off-script, Show does it.

  • One demo per segment, built for that buyer
  • A dataset per customer segment, generated for you
  • Off-script questions answered in the real product
  • Share it as a link or embed it on your website
  • A demo you can send, built from the crawl

Write

Docs that know what you broke.

DemoOwl Write writes docs from what the product does on screen. After a release, it tells you which pages are now wrong and who owns them.

  • Shows which pages each release affects
  • Rewrites the safe ones; flags the judgment calls to an owner
  • Links every change to the PR or issue that caused it

Check

Tests that fail for the right reason.

DemoOwl Check tests what a user can do. Rename a class and the suite stays green. Break the export and one line goes red, with the release that did it.

  • Tests describe what a user can do
  • Tests update with the map, so they follow the real workflow
  • One red line for the feature that broke. A renamed class stays green.

Signals

Find out what nobody can do.

DemoOwl Signals collects every question a prospect asked, every step a user gave up on, every feature nobody found. Nothing to set up.

  • Drop-off by step, straight from the map
  • Features nobody has found
  • Nothing to instrument, nothing to maintain
